The best romantic vacations are those that bring a couple together. This may mean passing of time alone, without friends and family around. It can also mean the ability to do things together. Here are five of the best romantic vacations.

Beach Vacations

Beaches are romantic. The sun, the sand and the sound of the waves relax and take the stress and worry of "everyday life". Relaxation and stress escape is always better than romantic. Find a placelocated on the beach, not a hotel miles away from the beach. Dealing with the transport, packing and unpacking the car is not romantic.

If you're on a budget, you can do, as we in northern Florida. We stayed in our conversion van at a campsite on the beach. We have collected shells together, flew a kite in the wind and took our chairs down the water to watch the sunset. The beaches of the Great Lakes are another place to check out, and much moreaffordable.

Cruises

Cruises can be a romantic getaway. Flywheel all - even the sight of land. When we are together in isolation, it is possible, especially in the comfort of a cruise ship will be great for a couple. Be sure that both of you like the idea and the concerns of the budget is not enough money to steal the romance. (Bar of the cruise ship are notoriously expensive.)

Small Towns

We noticed that some of our romantic times, if we want to stay in small towns. This is particularly true when the tourist season is mostly over,or not yet begun. Silverton, Colorado in September was one of our favorites. No crowds, fantastic views of surrounding mountains, local music and dance in bars at night - it was very romantic.
